Boyd's
Crystal Art Glass, Inc. started manufacturing glass October
10, 1978. It was formerly Degenhart Glass. The Boyd's are
known for the variety of the unusual colors they create.
Mosser
Glass has been manufacturing quality hand-pressed glass products
for over thirty years. Their handcrafted glassware lines consist
of Carnival, Vaseline, and Opalescent, as well as hand-decorated
pieces.
Fenton
Art Glass is among the world's foremost producers of handmade
art glass. Fenton has become renowned for innovative colors
and decorative treatments on pressed and blown glassware.

Fostoria
Glass Company, first built in 1887, was the oldest, largest
and best known manufacturer of handmade glassware until its
demise in March of 1986.
Exquisite
color, skilled craftsmen, andcreative designs have made Blenko
famous in the ancient craft of hand-blown glass. In a world
of increasing automation and standardization, Blenko prides
itself in paying particular attention to the forms and designs,
which stay true to the tradition of hand blown glass.
In
1889 a group of investors took the risk of founding a glass
company - it became the Westmoreland Glass Company of Grapeville,
Pennsylvania and had a successful history that spanned nearly
100 years. On May 21, 1984 the flame at the Westmoreland Glass
Company was finally extinguished. A lifespan of nearly a century
had ended.

In
1895, Augustus Heisey opened his glass factory in Newark, Ohio. Augustus
died in 1922, and his sons assumed control of the company. They ran
the factory successfully until it ceased production in 1957.
The
Imperial Glass Company was established in 1901 by an ex-riverboat
captain and experienced glassmaker Edward Muhleman. They produced
almost the total spectrum of American glass styles of the era including
slag glass, stretch glass, opalescent glass, milk glass, black glass,
and novelty glass animals.
